The following agreement allows you, the End User to access the services on the VoiceForge website. By using the website you agree to the following terms of use.

* Acceptance of Terms and Description of Service.

 Cepstral provides services available through www.voiceforge.com, which allows you to create synthetic voices and use them through applications available on this website, such as the "Call Reminders" application, subject to the following license agreement.


* Alpha Terms.

 You acknowledge that this service is in an alpha-testing stage, and as such you will not produce or distribute any media that could indicate that the services current state is indicitave of the final service's quality.


* Audio Redistribution.

 Cepstral claims the rights to freely distrubute synthesized audio that is generated with TTS voices produced by its voice-building process, in order to promote further growth of the site and does not owe any monetary reimbursement to the End User recording the text.


* Service Termination.

 You agree that accounts and voice creations by the end user may be removed or modified at any time by the Cepstral staff at their discretion. Examples of activities that Cepstral would deem worthy of such action are, but not explicitly limited to: any action that is \believed by Cepstral to be harmful to the growth of the site or harmful/inflammatory to it's users.


* Legal Disclaimer.

 You agree to hold harmless Cepstral LLC from any claim made by any party due to use of the service provided on this site, including attorney's fees. Cepstral provides no warranty for the services on this site. You completely understand that Cepstral shall not be liab\le for ANY loss of yours, whether direct or indirect.


* Availablity.

 You acknowledge that this service is made available to you on an "as is" basis, and that the service will not be continuously available.
